Introduction of product performance

The aluminum foil film feeding and sealing machine of blood typing card consists of film feeding deviation rectifying part, die cutting part, high-temperature sealing part, cooling part and control part;

(1)          film feeding deviation rectifying part: rectify through left-right deviation rectifying controller of the servo system, ensure high front-back and left-right film feeding accuracy as well as stable operation;

(2)          Die cutting part: adopt imported mould knife material, strictly control the processing technique of cutting die material, the film cutting efficiency is good without burrs, and the cutting die is endurable with long service life;

(3)          High-temperature sealing part: with imported heating panel and sensor adopted, the temperature is constant during heating, making sealing effect of aluminum foil and card good without leakage;

(4)          Cooling method: adopt air cooling, and it is required to cool down the card surface due to excessive heat generated during sealing;

(5)          Adoption of human-machine interface control makes parameter adjustment simple and convenient.
